Terms & Conditions:

1.   Final product will be sent to the customer by wetransfer links.

2.   Final product will be in 12 megapixel JPEG format, extracted from the

      photographic camera storage media. 

3.   All copyrights of the photographs taken belong to E Pro Photography.

4.   There is a $5 deposit to be placed with E Pro Photography upon

      confirmation of the photography time slot to be paid through PAYNOW.

      In case of bad weather, there  will be a reschedule. However, customers

      need not place a 2nd deposit. All confirmations will be done by email.

5.   There will be a $50 touch up fee per photo, if requested by customer.

6.   Only maximum 1 change of clothes is allowed. This is considered

      part of the time booked.

7.   Photo-shoot is only within the boundaries of any outdoor location in the

      Republic of Singapore, which does not need official permission to

      shoot.

8.   In the case of permits being necessary for the shoot venue of the

      customer's choosing, the costs has to be borne by the customer.

9.   Customer must be of minimum 18 years of age to book the photo-shoot,

      or have the expressed permission of his/her parent or guardian before

      the shoot.

10. All final payment must be made before the shoot commences.
